To any one who is able to attend the Barrie Courthouse, 75 Mulcaster St., Barrie, Ontario at 9 a.m. Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 to lend support for the protection of Land property rights, your physcial presence would be greatly appreciated.

Case CV-25-00003643-0000 matters to any one who owns, or hopes to own, his or her own property without interference by The Crown’s unlawfully established “clouds on title”.

In short, when this case is truly won, property taxes, as they are currently being processed, will be abolished for all Canadians.

After sending 2 emails last Thurday, to all parties involved, which brought to light many issues of agents acting without proper authority being established in law, it would seem that the applicants of Ridding et al are not being provided with either a courtroom or a Zoom link for tomorrow for the hearing that was scheduled on November 26th, 2025.

Yes, we will be attending the Barrie Courthouse in person tomorrow, but what will happen is uncertain. If you are local and available and able to attend in support, we shall be meeting at 9 a.m. in the parking lot.
